All providers at Great Bay Mental Health have the ability to treat anxiety and anxiety-related disorders.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to a stressor or difficulty that we all experience from time to time. It can actually be a good motivator to accomplish our goals. However, anxiety can begin to impact our ability to enjoy ourselves, experience pleasure, restful sleep and begins to get in the way of what we need to be doing at work, school or home. That may be an indicator that you could benefit from working with a therapist to gain insight into your anxiety and obtain tools to cope with the symptoms.
