Eligibility and first appointment

To receive care here you must meet certain eligibility criteria. Please call the Dental Center to discuss your eligibility and start the application process. 

At your first appointment, you will meet with a dental assistant to review your dental history and complete a full mouth series of X-rays. A dentist will then complete a comprehensive exam and establish a treatment plan.
