Wentworth-Douglass Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of strongly motivated patients, family members, and staff who apply firsthand knowledge to improve the experience for our patients, family members, and caregivers. Patients and family members are invited to apply to join our PFAC. Members provide feedback, advise our staff, and promote collaboration between the hospital and the community.
