Please do not be afraid to express your concerns. If you wish to file a grievance, you may call the Patient Advocate at (603) 740-2823. The grievance process is confidential and you may remain anonymous if you wish.

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and our physician practices strive for the highest patient safety and quality care. Any patient or employee concerns regarding patient safety should be brought to the attention of our clinical leaders and administration. Patients and family members are invited to apply to be part of our Patient and Family Advisory Council. Members provide feedback, advise our staff and promote collaboration between the hospital and the community.
