DOVER, N.H. – Dr. Dmytro M. Havaleshko, a board-certified surgeon who specializes in minimally-invasive laparoscopic abdominal surgeries, has joined the staff at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
Dr. Havaleshko – previously Chief of Surgery and Director of Bariatric Surgery at Portsmouth Regional Hospital – is accepting new patients and surgical consultations at Wentworth Health Partners General Surgery, based at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
Offering elective procedures, outpatient procedures and emergency surgery, Dr. Havaleshko, who is also trained as a urologist, has a special expertise in laparoscopic procedures, robotic-assisted surgeries and minimally-invasive procedures, including gallbladder removal, hernia repair, adrenal surgery, skin cancer surgeries and biopsies, colon surgery, appendectomies and small intestine surgery.
He performs vasectomies, implantation of peritoneal dialysis catheters and removal of adjustable gastric bands.
