* The sign-on bonus is for experienced ICU, OR or ED RNs and will be paid upon successful completion of a 90, 180 day and 1 year review period. Bonus amounts are pro-rated based on scheduled hours and is subject to all required federal and state taxes. Bonus amount is determined by years of experience in an ICU, OR or ED environment. Applies to full and part time shifts only.
