Wentworth-Douglass and Mass General have had a clinical affiliation since 2008 that has grown to now offer specialty services in stroke, trauma, thoracic surgery, gynecologic oncology, epilepsy, electrophysiology and cancer genetics and clinical trials – with more services planned for the future. You now have access to more services locally, reducing the need to drive long distances for specialized care while also providing a direct link to Mass General for conditions and injuries that require a higher level of care.

Seamless Information Sharing
Medical, diagnostic and pharmaceutical information will soon be accessible for caregivers through a shared (and secure) electronic medical record system. This makes transitions in care safer, provides care in a more cost-effective manner by reducing unnecessary testing, and improves the efficiency and coordination of care.
