What is your official job title? Patient Care Coordinator, Wound Healing Institute
How long have you worked here? 18 years
Please describe your typical day and responsibilities. My day is spent communicating with others to make sure Wound Healing Institute patients are getting their needs met.
Why did you choose to come to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital? I chose Wentworth-Douglass because of its great reputation. I moved to the seacoast to work here.
What do you enjoy most about working here? My coworkers and the patients, many of whom I have gotten to know very well, which gives me a sense of community.
How would you describe your work experience at Wentworth-Douglass? Coming to work at Wentworth-Douglass was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Wentworth-Douglass has allowed me to grow professionally and personally in so many different ways.

What is your proudest moment? Listening to my daughter’s valedictorian speech
Is there anything you have recently learned about Wentworth-Douglass? We have hired a nurse retentionist which is very unique
Who is your hero? My Dad
What makes you laugh the most? Children
What was your favorite TV show when growing up? Saturday morning cartoons like Tom & Jerry
Who is the Wentworth-Douglass colleague you admire most and why? June Bernard, RN. We started the same day and still work together 18 years later. She has grown so much.
