Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy at WDH is both an inpatient and outpatient service, treating a wide variety of patient disabilities. Comprehensive care in musculoskeletal, neurological, balance and burn care is available. Programs focused on prevention and treatment of work related injuries are complimented with Job Placement and Functional Capacity Assessments. Treatments of dizziness and balance disorders are a specialty of our highly trained and certified therapists. Fall prevention and safety are an integral part of this program. WDH has recently added to its offerings by installing the new Balance Center, which is the most sophisticated facility on the Seacoast. Additionally, targeted programs for cardiac, lymphedoma and fibromyalgia provide expertise and management for these and other conditions.
