A Clinical Ladder Program exists at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, offering nurses an additional opportunity for extra compensation and professional advancement. This four-tier program recognizes and rewards nurses for their clinical expertise, bedside practice and contributions. All staff registered nurses are eligible for the Clinical Ladder Program.
