The Works Family Health and Fitness Center is a full service wellness center located on Route 108 in Somersworth. Special features include an indoor heated Junior Olympic size pool, cardiovascular center, a fitness center equipped with CYBEX strength training plus free weight area, personal performance center, two aerobic group exercise studios, three racquetball courts, a nursery and outdoor tennis courts and pool facilities.
