Services Provided

We offer both Phase II and Phase III (maintenance) Cardiac Rehab on an outpatient basis.

Phase II

Phase II offers three low-level supervised, monitored exercise sessions and one education session per week for 8 - 10 weeks. Sessions are monitored by a cardiac nurse to assure activity tolerance and safety. Education topics include basic heart anatomy, risk factors, nutrition, exercise, stress and Breathing and medications. Your progress and workload are monitored by a physical therapist and a nurse during each session.

Phase II is generally covered by insurance but please check with your health insurance company to determine copays or other requirements.

Our Phase III program is a continuous, supervised exercise program designed to maintain cardiovascular fitness in a group setting. Participants are welcome to attend the weekly educational sessions.

The maintenance program is self-pay and is generally not covered by health insurance. Sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
