Diabetes Services

Diabetes Services at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is committed to providing you with the best diabetes care possible. Our program is recognized as meeting the national standards for Diabetes self-management education by the American Diabetes Association since 1999. We work with your primary care provider to plan diabetes care and educational services that will help you to learn to manage your diabetes and control your blood sugar levels. And, controlling blood sugar can prevent the complications of diabetes.

Diabetes Services is dedicated to helping you live successfully with diabetes. We provide individualized diabetes education and self-management training for children and adults, in private and small group sessions.
