- Cardiovascular Care Center offers a multitude of cardiac services and is part of the Seacoast Collaborative with other area hospitals.
- Emergency Room rated Level II Trauma Center, 35,000 visits per year.
- Endoscopy Unit is the Seacoast's largest endoscopy resource. Daily procedures include colonoscopic, endoscopic, and gastro-intestinal.
- Express Care is a walk-in area of the emergency department for timely attention to minor medical emergencies.
- Orthopedics is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care of the musculoskeletal system, including bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and related structures such as extremities and the spine.
- Pain Management Center is staffed with Anesthesiologists from the Seacoast Pain Institute, RNs, and medical assistants.
- Rehab Services includes gym with the latest CYBEX equipment, Lily Ford Aquatic Therapy Center for water therapy, Balance Treatment Center, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
- Same Day Surgery is designed for surgeries that last only a few hours, including gynecological and orthopedic scope procedures, hernia repair, biopsies, and laser eye surgery.
- Seacoast Cancer Center, accredited by the American College of Surgeons, affiliated with Dana Farber/ Partners CancerCare network, offers IMRT, HDR, Stereotactic Surgery.
- Sleep Disorders Center is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep-related disorders and discomfort.
- Medical staff is 98% Board Certified or Board eligible.
- Wound Healing Institute is one of the newest and busiest services devoted to healing patients with serious wounds.

- Medication Assistance Program is a resource for low income, poor, and elderly patients who need help obtaining free or reduced-cost medications, 603-740-3376.

- Dental Center provides low-income people with dental care, 603-749-3013.
- Pete's Place Grief Support Center is a Wentworth-Douglass Hospital-sponsored children's community project designed to support children, teens, and families grieving the death of someone close to them who had a serious illness.
