How to schedule an appointment:
In order to have a procedure or service scheduled, the hospital must have a valid doctor's order form.
Once a valid order form is received, our scheduling department will contact you.
While scheduling, we ask that you have your active insurance card and updated demographics on hand.
Scheduling is not needed for lab testing or walk-in radiology procedures.

You may receive bills from any of the following:
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital for facility expenses
Physicians for their professional expense (surgical, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, ect..)
Based on your insurance plan benefits and payment responsibilities, you may be responsible for a calender year deductible, coinsurance, or co-payment for each medical service. Covered services will be billed directly to your commercial insurance company.
WDH offers a 40% discount for self-pay patients (patients with no insurance). Additionally, WDH will offer a 20% prompt pay discount with full bill payment in 30 days (applies to self pay accounts and self pay balances after insurance)
