Wentworth Homecare and Hospice located at 121 Broadway, Suite 115 (Suite 117 for Hospice) in Dover, provides a variety of home care services including Nursing, Home Health aides, Homemakers, Medical Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.
The Hospice program has a Hospice certified nurse and physician who work with the home care team to provide supportive care and symptom management for families facing a life-threatening illness. Additional home care programs include the Maternal Newborn Home Visit Program, Adult Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Cholesterol Screenings and Flu Immunizations.
Serving communities in Strafford, Rockingham and York counties, Wentworth Homecare and Hospice is a joint venture of WDH and Amedisys and is Medicare Certified for Home Care and Hospice.
